I desire to get health insurance for a brief trip to the USI am a duel Canadian/US citizen. I am living in a Central American country for over 10 years and don't have residence in either a US state nor a Canadian province. As I understand I am not eligible for Visitors health insurance because I am a US citizen. And I am not eligible for PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT insurance as I am not a resident of any US state. Is there any way I can get health insurance for a brief trip to US????. My age is also 65
