Hello I have gotten over 25k charges in hospital it al bills and IMG is denying to pay these bills for me. I have tried contacting someone for 4 days and no one reaches back to me. I was instructed to file a claim for the hospital that charged me but was given no instructions on how to file the claim what information to put, etc. I did not grow up in the US so i dont know how the healthcare system works so if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it.
