If we travel to Cancun and diagnosed with Co-Vid while there (1 week) or test positive before leaving and have to be quarantined....will the insurance pay for our 14 day quarantine (lodging and food)?
There would not be plan on the market that will cover the expenses incurred if you are required to quarantine. The plans that offer the COVID-19 coverage are for medical expenses in case it were to manifest in the body after the effective date of the policy.
