There are several plans such as Atlas America, Patriot America Plus, and the Safe Travels USA Comprehensive plan. Each plan will have a PPO network of doctors or hospitals in the U.S. In-network providers will generally bill the insurance directly, as this is a benefit of going to an in-network provider. Please keep mind that direct billing is always determined solely by the individual provider.
